AIR's work helps foster the development of high-quality early care and education programs and the achievement of positive results for young children and their families. We develop and deliver training and technical assistance to program staff; design results-based accountability tools and systems at the local, state, and national levels; and conduct program evaluations leading to quality improvement, increased early learning opportunities, and desired outcomes for all children.
